Pre Treatment Information

Thank you for booking your treatment with Soma Wellness.  Please have a read of some of the most common asked questions below and complete the pre consultation form before arrival.

Pre – consultation:

As per new guidelines all clients are required to complete a short pre consultation form before arriving for their treatment. The link is here:  Pre-Consultation form

A full health and wellness consultation will be carried out when you arrive for your appointment.

What to wear:

During a Reflexology treatment, you will remain fully clothed, you will be asked to remove your socks and shoes, and for the legs of your trousers to be rolled up, so the lower legs, ankles and feet will be bare.

Wear loose comfortable clothing. Bring a cardigan or jumper as some people experience cold when receiving a Reflexology treatment. A clean blanket will be available for you to use during treatment.

What to bring:

We request that you please bring your own bottle of water. Water will not be available at the treatment room.

Please limit personal belongings coming into the treatment room. Phone, wallet/purse, car keys, etc. are to be kept in your handbag.

Coats, scarfs can be hung on the coat stand by the main entrance.

Please bring your own clean face mask. You will be required to wear your face mask during the treatment.

Payment is either cash or bank transfer, to reduce handling of cash, please have the correct amount ready. A paper receipt will be issued upon payment.  If you wish to pay by bank transfer please let me know in advance I will forward on details.

Entering Ballydesmond from Newmarket Road (R578), Before coming into Ballydesmond, after the speed sign, take a right hand turn onto Church road. This is up a short steep hill. Take the 2nd entrance into Cuan Alainn Housing Development, it is a Cul de Sac, with small yellow bungalows. The Cuan Alainn Centre is the long building at the end of the Cul de Sac. The Soma Wellness treatment room is located in here. Please park to the side of the street and not directly in front of the building.

Entering Ballydesmond from Kiskeam Road ( R577), passing the GAA club on your Left Hand Side, take the right hand turn sign posted for Newmarket (R578). Continue on this road, after the first bend take the Left Hand Turn onto Church Road. This is up a short steep hill. Entering Ballydesmond from Scartaglen/Castleisland Road (R577), passing Kearney’s Centra on your Right hand side. In the center of the Village, across from the 2 pubs, take the Left hand turn onto Church Road. Pass the Church, School on your left hadn side, continue passed the first housing estate on your right, after this take the right hand turn into Cuan Alainn Housing Development, it is a Cul de Sac, with small yellow bungalows. The Cuan Alainn Centre is the long building at the end of the Cul de Sac. The Soma Wellness treatment room is located in here. Please park to the side of the street and not directly in front of the building.
