What is Holistic Massage
Holistic Massage is a treatment designed to bring about a state of relaxation, reduce muscle tension and stress. Massage is one of the oldest and simplest forms of therapy, It is made up of a combination of various strokes and techniques, from Effleurage (sliding and gliding), Tapotement or Rhythmic Tapping, Friction and Petrissage (kneading to attain deeper into the muscle) different ares of the body to relieve pain, relax, reduce tension and stressed muscles.
Massage contributes to a sense of well-being as it encourages the body to release your feel good hormones, similar when we go for a walk or a run.
