I gained my qualification in Complementary Health Therapies from Mallow College of Further Education in 2015. However, my interest in Health and Well-being goes further back, in 2009 I graduated with a B.Sc Hons Degree in Health, Fitness and Leisure Studies from the Institute of Technology Tralee.

I am very proactive and passionate about lifelong education, training and upskilling. As a therapist this means I am constantly evolving, learning and upgrading, continuing to deepens my knowledge and practice, therefore my treatments and client care benefits and evolve too.

I works intuitively with my client’s, in a positive and non judgmental environment. Together, my client and I deciphers the best treatment option for the client based on information given by the client during the consultation and drawing on my experience and knowledge.

My client’s vary from person to person, from busy parent’s needing some time out to elderly clients looking for relaxation and a chat to couple’s trying to conceive, to mom’s to be. The majority of my time is dedicated to mom’s before, during and after their pregnancy. I have a real passion and interest in the area of fertility, maternity and the postnatal period, along with women’s health in general.

I am currently training with the GentleBirth Academy to become a certified GentleBirth Instructor, the first in Duhallow!! These workshops will begin in April 2018, date and venue to be confirmed.

I will also be adding more treatments in the coming months, such as Pregnancy Massage and Baby Massage Classes. Please keep an eye on here or my Facebook page for more information.

I am a fully qualified and insured Complementary Health Therapist. I am also a registered Reflexologist with the National Register of Reflexologist Ireland (NRRI), which confers accreditation by private health insurance providers (VHI, AVIVA, LAYA and Glohealth).
